The demo file is introduced to facilitates you, not to design the same blocks or template again and again. You can simply export block or template files and import it via Import file options.
- Create any new page/post or edit the existing one
- At the top right you will find the blue button named Template Library.
- Click on it and you will find the option Files. There you can import the demo files saved in the admin panel.
