All our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. You may use your purchased theme on as many websites as you like. Please check your license.txt in your theme folder after you download it.
Gutentor provides an API key which can be used for receiving automatic WordPress theme and plugins updates. The API key is an auto generated unique key which is valid for single site to multiple sites according to your purchase from your Gutentor account. You will need valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates. License key will not available on HTML templates and PSD.
All our premium WordPress themes and WordPress plugins comes with define time of Subscription according to Pricing Plans you purchased. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till certain time/year of purchase date. After your subscription, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum/ticket access. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the WordPress themes and WordPress plugins to your site. You can use it in your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.
In case of other products, you can use them life time although supports and updates are available for a year only.
All our premium WordPress themes and plugins comes with automatic renewal subscription. WordPress themes and plugins subscription is an optional but we recommend you to get it renew if you want to get updates of the theme/plugin and support forum access.
Please take note, in most of the cases subscription is auto renew. As we have run auto subscription plan upon the completion of subscription date.
All our products are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of respected platforms. Generally, we are not giving any warranty for the correct functionality of our products – especially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Plugins or other things) or modify the files. Also, we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after product files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.

Premium products updates are available only to active members within their date of subscriptions whereas our free themes update will always be free to all.
Our WordPress themes and plugins are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 5.0 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress, which is version 7.0 or greater (recommended: PHP 7.3 or greater or greater) and MySQL version 5.6 or greater. It is our duty to always keep the products up-to-date and working with the latest version of the respected platforms. We can ensure but not guaranteed, that all the products will work with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers.

Our WordPress Theme and Plugin packages include support. After you purchased your WordPress Products from this website you will receive access to the Gutentor support forums/Support Ticket. Gutentor provides support services for its products to Clients with active subscription. Support is provided via the Gutentor Support Forum/Ticket. Upon subscription expiration, a Client’s access to support is terminated.
Support is not about making heavy customization or creating additional features, nor do we provide support for any third-party software you might choose to use with our product. You should not expect customization for functionality not already provided within our theme.
Theme Support is provided only on the Support Forum/Ticket. We do not give any support via e-mail, comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support times.
Gutentor reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of the products without prior notice Also, to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products.
- Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the product.
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the themes properly or get the themes to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
- Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- No refunds can be processed for the Yearly Bundle and Lifetime Bundle at any time.
By purchasing any product from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
