Gutentor provides website and software products and services such as WordPress Themes, Plugins, HTML templates, PSD files, and other Digital Products and Services. Gutentor has the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), this can be updated from time to time without notice, and you can review the most current version of T&C any time on this page.

Moreover, on purchasing a subscription to Gutentor you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions described below.

Services

Gutentor provides website and software products and services such as WordPress Themes, Plugins, HTML templates, PSD files, and other Digital Products and Services. All the products are sold as a digital download through this website.

Template Library

We provide hundreds of free templates on Gutentor and all templates on Gutentor Pro. We use the Gutentor template library plugin to provide free templates to you.

You may use these templates in your own website, as well as in websites you build for others. Our interpretation of “non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable” is that you may use the Gutentor Template Library to provide your customers with services, but may not resell them as a separate product. If you provide your customers with a copy of the templates, then they receive the same license you were granted.

Moreover, you may not charge any money from others to use your license granted here.

Please be advised that some of the templates contain third-party images, videos, media, files, audio, and other visual components. While we have the right to use them in our Template Library, we cannot ensure that you may use them in your own product. Therefore, please replace or remove all images from your copy of the templates.

Product License

All our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. You may use your purchased theme on as many websites as you like. Please check your license.txt in your theme folder after you download it.

Gutentor provides an API key that can be used for receiving automatic WordPress theme and plugins updates. The API key is an auto-generated unique key that is valid for a single site to multiple sites according to your purchase from your Gutentor account. You will need a valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates. The license key will not available on HTML templates and PSD.

Subscription

All our premium WordPress themes and WordPress plugins come with a defined time of Subscription according to Pricing Plans you purchased. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till a certain time/year of purchase date. After your subscription, you will need to renew your subscription to continue downloading updates and get private support forum/ticket access. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the WordPress themes and WordPress plugins to your site. You can use it on your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.

In the case of other products, you can use them for a lifetime although supports and updates are available for a year only.

Subscription Renewal

All our premium WordPress themes and plugins come with an automatic renewal subscription. WordPress themes and plugins subscription is optional but we recommend you to get it to renew if you want to get updates of the theme/plugin and support forum access.

Please take note, in most cases subscription is auto-renew. As we have run an auto subscription plan upon the completion of the subscription date.

Warranty

All our products are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of respected platforms. Generally, we are not giving any warranty for the correct functionality of our products – especially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Plugins or other things) or modify the files. Also, we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after product files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed

Updates

All our products are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress, and respected platforms and ensure that you will use the most current version of our products.

Premium products updates are available only to active members within their date of subscriptions whereas our free themes update will always be free to all.

Compatibility

Our WordPress themes and plugins are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 5.0 or higher, any version before that may have problems with some theme functionality. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress, which is version 7.0 or greater (recommended: PHP 7.3 or greater or greater) and MySQL version 5.6 or greater. It is our duty to always keep the products up-to-date and working with the latest version of the respected platforms. We can ensure but not guaranteed, that all the products will work with all third-party components, plugins, or web browsers.

Browser Compatibility

Our products support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome & Internet Explorer 11 and above.

Support

Our WordPress Theme and Plugin packages include support. After you purchased your WordPress Products from this website you will receive access to the Gutentor support forums/Support Ticket. Gutentor provides support services for its products to Clients with an active subscription. Support is provided via the Gutentor Support Forum/Ticket. Upon subscription expiration, a Client’s access to support is terminated.

Support is not about making heavy customization or creating additional features, nor do we provide support for any third-party software you might choose to use with our product. You should not expect customization for functionality not already provided within our theme.

Theme Support is provided only on the Support Forum/Ticket. We do not give any support via e-mail, comments, Twitter, Facebook, or any other means. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support times.

Price Changes

Gutentor reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of the products without prior notice Also, to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.

Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the product.
Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the themes properly or get the themes to perform their basic functions.
You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
No refunds can be processed for the Yearly Bundle and Lifetime Bundle at any time.

By purchasing any product from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.

Ownership and Liability

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Gutentor. So it is strictly forbidden and will result in the loss of subscription and other actions as defined by copyright law.

Since We use Freemius – a trusted reseller of our products. Freemius is subject to the respective terms, Freemius Terms of Service are available at https://freemius.com/privacy/. We do not control Freemius use of the data it collects. You must agree on Freemius terms.
