On the latest version of the Gutentor, there is no such issue, so you can skip it.
By default, the Excerpt (Description) is limited to Characters. For some languages, it may cause undefine character issues ��������������.
If you got a similar issue, try enabling Excerpt Limit In Words.
- Select the Post (Type) Block
- From the Inspector (Block Setting), navigate to the Description/Expert panel
- Click Expert limit and enable In Words
It will solve the issue.
